WHERE IT BEGAN

One summer day on a dirt road in the middle of the Dalles, Oregon after a long morning of back and forth, and extensive preparations; we waited in anticipation. In the distance an engine roars, a stream of dust is seen flying into the air getting closer as the engine grows louder. The small crowd that has gathered by the corner begins to wave their cowbells in the air and yell, we all pull our face masks up and peer through our lenses to try to capture a unique image of 300 hp coming sideways towards you. After the car passes we get peppered by little rocks and dust, the photographers in the area then prep for the next car. After a long day of hurry up and wait, the next hour or so was going to be filled with consecutive cars passing every 2-4 minutes.

About 6 years ago I discovered my love for photography on a dirt road.

Since then I have discovered many different moments to capture. From events, to sports, and lifestyle portraits. I have been trying to freeze time and space to share with others.
